FAMILY HISTORY

Our family’s roots trace back to Cino, Sondrio, Italy, where our Nonno, Giovanni Pontaletta, made the courageous journey to Canada in February 1939. A decade later, after World War II had ended, the rest of the family followed in March 1949, settling in Langley, BC, where they purchased a 25-acre dairy farm. Through dedication and hard work, the farm expanded to nearly 40 acres as the operation grew.

In 1971, our father, Andy Pontaletta, took over the dairy business, continuing to build upon our family’s legacy. brothers—Tony, Vince, and Franco— were instilled with a strong work ethic from a young age, learning firsthand the values of hard work, integrity, and perseverance while working on the farm. Langley has always been home to us, and these foundational principles have guided us in building one of the most familiar and trusted real estate businesses in the region.

For over 17 years, we have been dedicated to helping families, investors, and businesses achieve their real estate goals
